Per Ardua fielded its 5th NEDSchool session on 5Th June. A total of 15 attended with superb presentations from Alan Cook, Chairman LV; Iain Cornish, Chairman of St James’s Place; Martin Stewart – ex PRA and NED Coventry Building Society and John Kiely, MD of Smithfield. Good advice on Chairmanship and how to be a value adding NED – from a Board and Regulator point of view. A lot of note taking suggested high quality content! One of the best so far. We are now looking at a Chairman specific and TECH NEDSchool later in the year.
