Simon Hearn, our CEO was invited to talk to 48 NED delegates, all serving NED’s or looking to be NEDs in the future. After a very good lunch, Simon discussed what to think about when becoming a NED, managing a NED career, the attributes and competencies required in being a good NED and a summary of potential remuneration for Non-Executive Directors. There were some very high quality questions and a good time was had by all!
