Dr Paul Turner
Paul is developing Pantheon Leadership, Per Ardua Associate’s leadership advisory business, with a particular focus on strategic organisational change, executive coaching and leadership resilience.
Before moving into consultancy Paul operated at executive level in the financial services sector relating to multi-channel customer operations before moving into HR during which time he achieved professional and peer recognition on a national and international basis for innovative and leading edge people strategies. In 2006 he moved into consultancy and he now operates in business, academia and professional sport having gained extensive experience with major players in several business sectors including retail, manufacturing, legal, logistics, construction, transport, I.T., financial services, housing and defence.
His specialisms include Executive coaching, leadership development, cultural change, resilience and developmental assessment/feedback. Paul adopts an evidence-based approach in a pragmatic and business focussed way with a clear focus on delivery and client satisfaction. Paul is a practising international academic, author and professional sports coach and regularly presents across the globe. This wide experience enables him to introduce leading edge and innovative techniques to his clients.
He strongly believes in personal development approaches that are evidence based and he keeps fully abreast of new research through his academic and research roles with several universities. He is passionate about exploring ways in which potential is identified and unleashed within individuals, teams and organisations. His doctorate in leadership coaching focused on evidencing the potential of leadership behaviour to impact positively on employee engagement and performance. His most recent publication is a chapter on ‘Leading, Managing and Facilitating Change’ in a global organisational change book published by a leading USA publisher.
