Jessica is supporting the development of Pantheon Leadership, Per Ardua Associates’ Leadership Consultancy business with a particular focus on Executive Coaching with the C Suite, Senior Executives and future talent. Jessica specialises in enhancing leadership capability, board development, team development and improving communication, assertiveness and working relationships. She works with individuals and teams to understand how they can work more effectively together and develop themselves individually as leaders.
Previously, she worked as a business analyst at Accenture HR Services and as an external consultant for companies such as Henderson, Macmillan Publishing and Deutsche Bank. Jessica holds a Masters in Ergonomics from University of London, incorporating psychology and organisational psychology. She is licensed to use Hogan NEO PI-R, FIRO-B, MBTI (Step I and II), Belbin Team Roles and SDI instruments, and employs psychometric tools and 360 degree feedback where appropriate. She also trained as a coach supervisor and supports the development of other coaches.
With organisations facing constant change, Jessica’s area of particular focus is resilience, and she supports clients to build their resilience, through personal and organisational transition. She draws on over 15 years experience to help her clients challenge and stretch themselves with each step in their career progression.
