Richard is supporting the development of Pantheon Leadership, Per Ardua Associates’ Leadership Advisory business, with a focus on building trust, vision and high-quality thinking for CEOs, boards and top teams.
A global C-suite coach for over a decade, Richard combines flexible leadership approaches and award-winning creativity with strong, practical outcomes. He runs senior leadership development for companies including Barclays, Standard Chartered, WPP and Siemens across Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific and has authored a bespoke instrument, the ‘Team Health Check’ to step up eight critical aspects of team high-performance.
Originally a BAFTA-winning film director, Richard also works with senior leaders on their presence and strategic aims: he coached the board partner of a major Olympics sponsor to increase confidence and the company’s impact, an Army General to find clear purpose and hold the line for courageous decisions.
As a consultant to Government, Richard advised the Cabinet Minister for Innovation on raising the public profile of science, he was a co-director of Central London Samaritans and first Chair of Trustees for the charity ‘The Listening Place’. He has an MA in Classics from Oxford University, Postgraduate Diplomas in Advanced Executive Coaching and Gestalt Coaching, a Master Programme in Systemic Work and is a qualified coach supervisor fluent in MBTI, Hogan and 360 approaches.
